Hard to say the current manga deku’s body is significantly stronger and has all quirks unlocked.
I'm pretty sure nothing has been clearly stated about the power differences so the mha community has had to use the feats that were shown to sort of decide where deku stands power wise.
I guess my question is what is deku's current baseline percentage that he can use of one for all in the manga, without any enhancement from the secondary quirks? 45% of one for all's full power without any ill effects.
